Abstract

This Regulation specifies and defines the content of the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry for the five-year period from 2020 to 2024, implements, among others, the Law no. 25 of 2004 concerning National Development Planning System and the Law no. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management and repeals Regulation of Minister of Environment and Forestry no. P.78/MENLHK/SETJEN/SET.1/9/2016 concerning key performance indicators of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. According to this Regulation, the Strategic Plan 2020-2024 of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry is defined as first part of a Strategic Plan Work Units of the Ministry for the period 2020-2024. The document defines environmental sector development policies and strategies and new regulations and planned amendments related to chemical and waste sectors, carried out by Regional Institutions and organisations.
