Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 5 Chapters, regards the technical criteria for the allocation of mining zones. It establishes that allocated mining areas shall be areas that have potential mining resources and constitute a place where mining activities are conducted. The abovementioned mineral areas include: radioactive minerals; metal and non-metal minerals and rocks.
