This Regulation enters into force on 16 May 2017.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 20 articles divided into seven Chapters and six Appendixes, establishes the requirements to import Biologic Fish Drugs and Quarantine Measures to be applied into the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia. The scope of this Ministerial Regulation includes: a) Shape and Type of Biologic Fish Drug Dosage; b) Entry Requirements of Biologic Fish Drugs into the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia; c) Quarantine Measures; and d) Place of Entry. The preparations for Biologic Fish Drugs include: a. liquid; b. semi solid; c. paste; d. powder; e. solid; and f. frozen. Types of Biologic Fish Drug preparations, among others: a. vaccine; b. antisera; c. serum; d. antigen; and/or e. diagnostic materials. Any import of Biologic Fish Drugs into the territory of the Republic of Indonesia shall fulfill specific reports submitted to quarantine officers for quarantine measures on arrival.
