Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 20 articles divided into six Chapters, specifies Quarantine Documents to be provided in order to implement Quarantine Actions. The type and form of quarantine documents as referred in the text shall consist of: a. handover of Quarantine Animal Disease Pest and Quarantine Documents to the Quarantine Officers at the Place of Entry and/or Place of Disposal; b. reports on the implementation of Animal Quarantine Action; c. Refusal of unloading; d. Approval of unloading; e. Approval of loading; f. Order to enter animal quarantine installation; g. Order of detention; h. Declaration of detention; i. Order of refusal; j. Declaration of refusal; k. Order of extermination; l. Declaration of extermination; m. Animal health certificate declaration; n. Sanitary certificate of animal products, declaration; o. Certificate of other objects declaration; p. Certificate of animal quarantine release declaration; q. Reference of transit; r. Handover statement of carrier and quarantine measures between quarantine veterinarians; s. Reference for the commodity which is not included as the carrier of quarantine pests and animal diseases.
