This Regulation enters into force on 12 May 2017.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 30 articles divided into six Chapters and three Appendixes, regulates the Classification of Animal Drugs. In this Ministerial Regulation: 1. Animal Drugs are preparations that can be used to treat animals, relieve symptoms, or modify chemical processes in the body which include Biological, Pharmaceutical, Premix, and Natural Drug preparations. 2. Classification of Veterinary Drugs is based on hazard level of Animal Drugs in their use. 3. The use of veterinary medicines is a medical action undertaken to enhance the immunity of animals, the prevention and cure of animal diseases, the improvement of animal health, etc.
