This Regulation enters into force on 26 July 2006.
Abstract

This Regulation aims at implementing a Plantations Revitalization Program in order to expand, rejuvenate and rehabilitate small scale plantation plants in newly developed areas or old areas through the use of advanced technology. The Plantations Revitalization Program shall be implemented by companies which have Plantations Business Licences and by planters or cooperatives. The size of the area for each farmer participating in the program shall not be more than 4 hectares and it shall be given to them under property right.
