Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 62 articles divided into nine Chapters, regulates the Import and Export of Animal-Based Feed Ingredients To and From the Republic of Indonesia. Chapter II establishes general and specific requirements to obtain a license, technical veterinary and quality safety feed ingredients requirements to perform the above mentioned activity. The Regulation is divided as follows: General provision (Chap. I); Requirements for the Import and Export (Chaps. II and III); Import and Export Procedures (Chap. IV); Quarantine Action (Chap V); Reporting and Supervision (Chap. VI); Penal provision (Chap. VII); Transitional provision (VIII); Conclusion (IX).
