Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 33 articles divided into ten Chapters, establishes Procedures for Animal Feed Registration. It is intended as a legal basis for carrying out the registration, testing and labelling of feed, in order to ensure that this product circulating in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia is guaranteed to be secure and meets the animal feed quality standards or its minimum technical requirements. The scope of this Regulation includes: registration requirements, registration procedures, testing fees, guidance and supervision, and sanctions provisions. The regulatory outreach in this Regulation includes: poultry feed, ruminant feed, non ruminant feed, and various livestock feeds. Provision of feed can be done through domestic production and / or income from abroad. The feed as referred to in paragraph (1) before it is circulated shall have the registration number of the feed. Any person or business entity engaged in the business of producing, importing, and / or issuing the food from the territory of the Republic of Indonesia for the purpose of circulation shall register its feed.
