Abstract

This Regulation publishes the terms and rules stipulated by Memorandum of understanding between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of Romania on cooperation in the environment and sustainable development (signed in Bucharest, 17 March 1992), here in its updated version, containing the amendments to articles 25 and 26, adopted in Madrid, 28 November 2003).
