This Regulation enters into force on 31 August 2010.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for the control and tracing of fishery products to be imported into the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in order to ensure the security of food to be consumed by human beings, both raw for processing and processed output to be distributed, and to prevent the spread of dangerous fish pests and diseases and the endangering of the survival of fishery resources, the environment and human beings.
