The Ministry of Interior is obliged to provide a data bank on management of ordinary urban waste and agricultural waste. Individuals and companies engaged in constructions in urban or rural areas shall separate their construction waste from ordinary one. The Ministry of Economy shall prevent importation of any products which has special unauthorized waste. The Standard Institute shall determine standards for recycled paper and plastic and their authorized use, for fertilizers obtained from agricultural waste and for the relative installations and equipment.
