The aim of the Regulation is the proper implementation of the Law on Radiation Protection. The specific authorization for working with radiation in any workplace is issued for an individual who is considered as a person in charge. This permission should be renewed every year. Any organization working with radiation should have a health attendant with relevant academic degree and sufficient work experience.
