Abstract

The Regulation, which consists of 14 articles, is the Executive Regulation of Law on Promoting Breastfeeding and Supporting Nursing Mothers. The importation of powdered infant formula and infant complementary food is only allowed under supervision of the Ministry of Health. The breastfeeding employed mothers could benefit from up to 1 hour leave per day in duration of breastfeeding. Ministries and all governmental organizations should consider a proper location for breastfeeding.
