The Regulation consists of 61 articles, divided into 8 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Registration (II); Limitations (III); Importation and Distribution (IV); Quality Control (V); Use of Pesticides (VI); Monitoring (VII); Final Provisions (VIII). Before importation, distribution, and use of pesticides, their quality and quantity should be approved and registered by the Department of Plant Protection and Quarantine of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock. According to the Regulation, the Department shall not register the pesticides which have adverse impacts on human and livestock life, plants, and environment.
