This Regulation enters into force on 31 August 2009.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for the control of circulation permits of medicine, cosmetics and food so that they meet safety and quality requirements and so that they are in accordance with the Islamic Law which does not allow the use of certain substances such as alcohol and pork.
