Abstract This Regulation of Head of Drug and Food Control Agency, consisting of 8 Chapters and 3 Annexes, establishes the Maximum Limit of Stabilizer as Food Additive. It specifies, according to Regulation of Minister of Health of the R.I. No. 033 of 2012 on Food Additives, the above mentioned maximum limit of food additive material to be used for each category of Food as listed in Annexes. The use of this food additive material must be authorised by a certificate upon analysis, issued by the food competent authority.
