Abstract

This Regulation amends several provisions of the Regulation of the Head of Drug and Food Control Agency of R.I. No. HK.03.1.5.12.11.099556 of 2011 on the Procedures of Registering Processed Food. Amendments deal with specifications related to the following matters: food and processed definition, food registration, licensing, re-packaging requirements, administrative sanctions and penalties, etc.
