Abstract

This Regulation amends several provisions of the Regulation of the Head of Drug and Food Control Agency of R.I. No. HK.03.1.5.12.11.09955/2011 on Processed Food Registration. Amendments deal with specifications related to the following matters: food and processed definition, food registration, licensing, re-packaging requirements, administrative sanctions and penalties, etc.
