Regulation of the Governor No. 21/2006 on guidelines on the provision of technical recommendations for the drilling and/or intake and utilization of underground water.

This Regulation lays down technical provisions for the drilling and intake of underground water by assuring its wise utilization and continuous supply. Underground water shall be classified into shallow underground water and into deep underground water. The Regulation contains provisions on the construction of wells and on the debit/volume of underground-water intake.
