The following relevant terms are defined: industry; industrial affairs; industrial empowerment; small-and medium-size industry; green industry, as any industry with a production process which places priority on efforts of efficiency and effectiveness in the sustainable utilisation of resources and harmonises between industrial development and the preservation of environmental functions; strategic industry; partnership; green industry certificate; green industry standards; domestic product; national contribution value; international cooperation in industry. Matters covered by this Regulation include: strengthening of institutional capacities and granting facilities to small-and medium-size industries, including: development and organisation of work procedures, surveys and researches, expansion of employment opportunities to eradicate poverty, facilities and assistance in the prevention of environmental pollution to realise the green industry, education and training; green industry, including: standards and certifications, provisions on exploitation management and waste management, energy, environmental quality standards, availability of natural resources, environmental supporting capacity, green industry facilities; strategic industries; production, distribution and prices arrangement; increase in domestic production, including obligation of domestic production utilisation; international cooperation in industry sector, including: increase in investment, development of international markets, utilisation of global supply chain networks; administrative sanctions; final provisions.
