Abstract: This Regulation establishes the guidelines for the disbursement of a Grant Fund of the Australian Agency for the International Development (AUSAID) No. 62031 (Water Hibah and Sanitation Hibah Phase 2 Program). This Program is a Government project funded by a grant from the Australian Government in order to increase drinking water and sanitation connection accesses with priority to low income society.
