All relieve entities are required to increase their involvement in the proposed guidelines and continuously report their related activities. In order to follow the rules of UNFCCC and Kyoto Protocol, a National Committee is established whose main duty is to increase cooperation with international entities and monitor domestic measures which have been taken in accordance with these rules.
