Abstract

The purpose of this Regulation is to regulate provision on implementing the UN Climate Change Convention and Kyoto Protocol. All relieve entities are required to increase their involvement in the proposed guidelines and continuously report their related activities. In order to follow the rules of UNFCCC and Kyoto Protocol, a National Committee is established whose main duty is to increase cooperation with international entities and monitor domestic measures which have been taken in accordance with these rules. The REgulation consists of 8 articles, subdivided in 4 Chapters as follows: Definitions (I); Policies and Strategies (II); Structure and Tasks of the National Committee (III); Duties of Entities (IV).
