Abstract Comprising seven chapters and a total of 54 articles, this Act establishes a legal framework for the regulation of imports and exports in South Sudan. The Director in charge of the trade Directorate within the Ministry, in collaboration with the Minister responsible for commerce and industry, administers the provisions of this Act.
