Abstract This Regulation consists of 29 articles aimed at regulating the management of the hazardous waste in Khartoum State, excluding medical waste. The main issues regarding the hazardous waste management are (i) reduction and minimization of production; (ii) storage; (iii) transport outside the facility; (iv) transport conditions; (v) product of cleaning hazardous waste vehicles and its disposal.
