Abstract

This Regulation provides for licensing issues and instructions on fattening sheep and goats. It is composed of 16 articles. Article 2 deals with terms and definitions . Article 4 states that a committee concerned with licensing will be established in every province. Every farm owner can establish new farms for breeding other animals and poultry on the same site without having to request a new license (Art. 7). Conditions for licensing of fattening sheep and goat farms are stated in Article 10. Any violation to the provisions of this Regulation will be penalized according to Agricultural Law No. 44 of 2002.
