Abstract

This Regulation establishes the modalities of elaboration and application of the arrangements for reducing air pollution by emissions from thermal power stations and boiler plants of any capacity in the period of adverse weather conditions. Reduction of air pollution in the period of adverse weather conditions shall be compulsory for all enterprises. Reduction of emissions shall be calculated in relation to maximum allowable emission. This Regulation shall be applicable to emissions of hazardous substances contained in the attached list. Efficiency of the arrangements shall be determined in absolute value and relative percent. Efficiency assessment shall be given individually to each pollutant.
