Abstract

Deputy Director of the Federal Fishery Agency establishes that in the process of legalization of fishing authorization for aquatic biological resources indicated in the appendix to the present order must be stated the necessity of performing fisheries in accordance with the decisions of the Forty-third Session of the Russian-Faeroe Mixed Commission on Fishery. Fishing shall be carried out by vessels flying the State Flag of the Russian Federation, registered in Russian ports, in accordance with the Protocol of the Forty-third Session of the Russian-Faeroe Mixed Commission on Fishery. In the fishing zone of the Faroe Islands at depths of 500-700 meters at the banks Outter-Bailey and BillBailey can be caught not more than 500 tons of deep-water fish.
