Abstract

Deputy Director of the Federal Fishery Agency establishes that in the process of legalization of fishing authorization for aquatic biological resources indicated in the appendix to the present order must be stated the necessity of performing fisheries in accordance with the decisions of the Mixed Russian-Norwegian Fisheries Commission (MRNK) in the Norwegian Economic Zone. Fishing shall be carried out by vessels flying the State Flag of the Russian Federation, registered in Russian ports, in accordance with in accordance with the Protocol of the forty-ninth session of the Russian-Norwegian Mixed Commission on Fisheries. Bycatch shall be limited to 20% in each individual catch. Fish species subject to fishing shall be Sebastes, saithe (Pollachius virens) and catfishes (Anarhichas), including blue catfish (Ictalurus furcatus).
