Abstract

The Regulation sets rules to fishing vessels fishing in the Greenland fishery zone and the fishery zone around Jan Mayen, and which basis quota is multiplied by a factor fixed at 1.2. The total allowable catch thereof is of 23 400 tons. Each fishing vessel operating in the Icelandic economic zone adheres to a basic quota multiplied by a factor fixed at 1.0. This allowance may also apply to the fishery zone around Jan Mayen. For this, a factor of 0.3 shall apply for fisheries in the Greenland fishery zone.
