Abstract The purpose of the present Regulation, adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, is to establish guidelines for the decisions made by the Marketing Council regarding supply, reception, and information obligations, to ensure these are carried out in a way that minimally affects competition among various market actors or groups of actors. The Regulation contains detailed framework rules concerning decisions taken by the Marketing Council as regards market regulators' information, reception, and supply obligations.
