Abstract

This Regulation establishes the bases and methodology for the assessment of damage caused by elk, red deer, wild goat and wild boar, the requirements for assessment reports and the specified scope and procedure for compensation for damage caused by game if the hunting area user and landowner have not a contract for the hunting use of immovable property. The Regulation approves elven sections: Scope of regulation (1); De minimis aid (2); Definitions (3); Submission of notification for prevention of game damage (4); Damage assessment (5); Assessment of damage on agricultural land (6); Assessment of damage on forest land (7); Requirements for measuring instruments and measuring accuracy (8); Calculation of compensation for damage and specified rates of compensation (9); Preparation of damage assessment report (10); and Procedure for compensation (11).
