Abstract The present Regulation, issued by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, lays down rules concerning subsidies to producer organizations within the fisheries and aquaculture sector. The Danish Fisheries Agency may provide subsidies for projects that contribute to achieving the objectives of the Common Market Organization for Fishery and Aquaculture Products as stated in Article 3 of Regulation (EU) No 2013/1379. Subsidies are granted for the preparation and implementation of production and marketing plans based on an approved production and marketing plan.
