The committees operate at local level and supervise management plans. They are composed by representatives from public and private institutions and they are chaired by the representatives of the Ministry of Environment. The Regulation consists of four Parts: (I) General Provisions; (II) Composition of the Management Committees; (III) Organization and Functioning of the Management Committees; (IV) Responsibilities and Tasks of the Management Committees.
