Abstract

The Regulation makes amendments with regard to electronic registration and submission of reports of fishing activity location areas to the Fishing Directorate by Norwegian fishing vessels. The reporting system should comply with the Directorate's requirements in terms of generation, authentication and security of electronic reporting for final authorization. Articles 11 and 12 specify codes to be applied for the electronic registration of vessel positioning.
