Article 6 is substituted with a new one outlining registration procedures for those involved in importing, exporting, manufacturing, or trading feed-related products, including requirements, documents, labeling, and safety standards. Article 9 is also revised, now requiring prior permission for using animal and poultry products in animal feed, with exceptions for certain products, and mandatory registration when exported, manufactured, or used in animal feed. Further amendments include changes in the rules for obtaining permission for a feed factory or facility (Article 10), allowing farm owners to manufacture fodder on their farms (Article 11), and the addition of Article 13 bis, prohibiting the use of rodent poisons and unregistered feed materials in feed factories or facilities.
