Abstract

Pursuant to the state budget strategy, the regulation establishes the conditions and procedure for the use of the proceeds from the auctioning of emission allowances of aircraft operators under the responsibility of the Ministry of the Environment. The aim of the measure is to contribute to the transition to a climate-neutral economy by promoting green technology entrepreneurship and raising the awareness of students in general education schools. In order to achieve the objective of the measure, support will be provided for the implementation of green technology enterprise development programs (development program) and student awareness raising projects. The Regulation consists of five chapters: General provisions (1); Basis for awarding the grant and announcing the application round (2); Submission of the application and requirements for the applicant and the application (3); Processing the application (4); and Use of support (5).
