This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation regulates: the certification procedures for seeds in categories corresponding to the crop or plant species such as grain, oil, fiber, fodder, vegetables and beet cultures, if produced on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria; the procedures for certification and/or approval of potato seeds in the respective categories as previously determined by the related national Regulations as listed here in the text.
