This Regulation enters into force on the day of its adoption.

Abstract

This Regulation determines the rules regarding the financial assets and necessary guarantees already defined by the Law on waste management, related to the security deposits for landfill waste collection on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria (authorized exploitation of specific waste dump area and related fees and preventive deposits; here meant for both hazardous and non-hazardous waste discharge).
