The objetive of the Regulation is to ensure that all hunting, felling, trapping and fishing in state commons shall be done in a manner that is acceptable to the public. The Regulation contains 23 sections divided into the following chapters: I. General provisions; II. Sale of fish and small game hunting; III. Sale of large game hunting; IV.
