It consists of three sections: Carrying out pest control (1); Pest control plan (2); and Documentation of pest control (3). The Regulation further provides that the possessor of an object who is responsible for the prevention and destruction of the harmful effects of pests on the object in his or her possession and the pest control agent is the person who conducts pest control.
