Abstract This Regulation establishes and regulates the Environmental Decisions' Database, operated by the Environment Agency, with the purpose of gathering information and documents in its central register which can be freely accessible to the public. The creation of an Environmental Decision Registry does not replace public authorities duty to declare and notify the Administration Act, Biodiversity Act and other laws. Regulations and documents contained in the Register shall be entered in full text, with the exception of documents containing information that may be exempt from public disclosure by public law. Article 68 of the Biodiversity Act shall be applied to Svalbard and Jan Mayen.
