This Regulation enters into force on 7 May 2007.
Abstract

The small quantities of primary production of feed specified in Article 2.2.d of Regulation (EC) No 183/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council means offering for sale, sale or delivery in any other manner for a charge or without charge of up to five tons of primary production of feed within one calendar year if the primary production of feed to be placed on the market originates in the manufacturing operations of the feed business operator and it is delivered to an agricultural producer whose agricultural enterprise is located in Estonia. The small quantities of primary production of feed to be placed on the market shall comply with the requirements provided in the Feedingstuffs Act and shall have undergone only simple physical treatment, including cleaning, packaging, storage, natural drying or ensiling.
