Abstract Article 2 prohibits fishing with other gear than specified. It is forbidden to use electrocuting apparatus without the permission of the Minister. It is forbidden to use any dragging gear except as those specified. Articles 6 and 7 restrict inland fishing in time. Fishing in the IJsselmeer requires a special fishing permit of the Minister (art. 8). Article 9 concerns fishing in rivers.
