The Regulation contains 46 sections divided into the following chapters: I. Objective, scope of application, and implementation; II. Supplementary national provisions for aquatic animals - listing and notification; III. Supplementary national provisions - measures for category E diseases and nationally listed disease in aquatic animals; IV. Supplementary national provisions - general measures for wild aquatic animals; V. Supplementary national provisions for land animals, reptiles, amphibians and marine mammals - listing and reporting; VI. Supplementary national provisions - additional measures for diseases in terrestrial animals, reptiles, amphibians and marine mammals; VII. Supplementary national provisions - general preventive measures in facilities where land animals, reptiles, amphibians and marine mammals are kept; VIII. Supplementary national provisions - duties of veterinarians and laboratories in connection with notification of diseases in terrestrial animals, reptiles, amphibians and marine mammals; XIX. Administrative provisions. The Annex contains national lists of diseases in terrestrial animals, reptiles and amphibians, and marine mammals. A list of antibiotic resistant bacterias is included.
