Entry into force notes: This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, with the exception of articles 2 (paragraph 2) and 7 (paragraph 7) that will enter into force on the day of the Bulgarian accession into the European Union.

Abstract: This Regulation provides several rules regarding the production and effective quantity of basic raw material used for the production of sugar, and quantity of isoglucose used for such production purpose.
