Abstract

The Regulation, based on provisions of paragraph 195 (3) of the Water Act, establishes the data composition and procedure for submission of the annual report on water use. Water abstraction environmental permit or a permit holder shall submit a report on the environmental information system of the decisions following the year to 15 February. The Regulation consist of five sections: Scope of application (1); Submission of report (2); Data composition of report (3); Verification of report (4); and Implementing provision (5).
