Abstract

Regulation 583 of 2018 amends and supplements the scope of Regulation 22 of 2018 by setting forth, in addition to the certification criteria of Regulation 22, the rules of procedure required to be observed during the certification process of the 'agrotourism' activities and the construction of structures and objects supporting agrotourism. The construction permits are issued by the municipality after the Agency of Territory Planning has reviewed the compliance of the proposed activities with the area masterplans and other legal requirements. After its issuance the permit is also published in the consolidated register of territory planning.
