This Regulation enters into force on 15 May 2006.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the categories of seed potatoes and quality requirements for categories of seed potatoes, list of pests which reduce the quality of seed potatoes and their maximum permitted quantities, requirements for production of seed potatoes, the sizes of samples and the requirements for assessment of the conformity of seed potatoes, the procedure and requirements for certification, the list of species subject to certification, the requirements for the packaging of seed potatoes and the closing of sales packages, and for the labelling of sales packaging of seed potatoes, the procedure for the issue of documents in proof of certification, the substantive and formal requirements for labels and the requirements for marketing.
