Abstract

This Regulation establishes areas where the use of gillnets, longlines, sand dunes, crustaceans, crayfish nets, crayfish traps, harpoon guns and harpoons and junipers is permitted for recreational fishing, as well as the number of fishing gears and fishing time permitted in those areas; temporary restrictions on fishing in recreational fishing and longline fishing; and the fee for the right to engage in recreational fishing on the basis of a fishing card. This Regulation regulates recreational fishing on a body of water owned by the state and local government and on a body of water designated for public use by a private owner. The Regulation consists of nine chapters: General provisions (1); Recreational and longline fishing and temporary restrictions on recreational fishing (2); Recreational fishing with sand and shark (3); Recreational fishing with harpoon gun and harpoon (4); Fishing for salmon and spinning and fly fishing (5); Fishing in nature reserves (6); Cadet fishing (7); Crab fishing (8); and Final provisions (9).
