Abstract

Subject to availability of funds, this Regulation sets guidelines on the subsidy (which may be of up to 100% of approved costs) for costs incurred in the castration of pigs (anaesthesia, analgesia) and vaccination against boar taint. A recovery decision shall be taken within 10 years of the paid subsidy. On the amount to be recovered there shall be interest levy in adherence to Act No. 635 of 1975. The Board of Agriculture may issue regulations on conditions for financial support regulated by this Regulation.
